Utility Infrastructure Audits (National)
A comprehensive investigation of utility infrastructure to determine the status of supply, distribution and consumption of electricity & water services. The client will receive a formal report with drawings, description and consultation.
The report serves as the foundation for a calculated design of an efficient, reliable and cost effective utility system.
A proactive approach enables estate managers to learn and propose factual information and relevant proposals.
Council Supply Audits (National)
Audit of accounts from supply authorities to confirm status quo and consult on incorrect applications, incl. tariffs, consumption, account identity and technical configuration.

Council Query Support (National)
Logging of queries following supply audits with continuous interaction with supply authorities.

Check Meter (National)
An additional meter connected to a supply point to monitor and verify the true consumption of a utility.
A smart check meter will supply data to the PEC meter data management system that will record data at 30 minute intervals and display consumption information on a portal. The client will be able to monitor consumption variations with the assistance of alert protocols to proactively manage losses. The data crucially supports consumers in disputes with local authorities.
Revenue Management (National)
Metered consumption for multi consumer environments within gated communities, such as Body Corporate, Offices, Hospitality, Sport Facilities, etc. can be collected with Billing or Prepaid systems. Prepaid consumers will also have a choice between STS or Electronic Wallet payment solutions.
The Revenue Collection Service combines all the above services (1, 2, 3, 4 &5) into one package to relieve legal bodies from the burden of managing an extremely volatile supply chain and offers a professional & reliable service to consumers.
Alternative Energy (National)

Quality control procedures
All projects will be executed and completed by qualified tradesmen.
All electricians are qualified in accordance with the electrical installation rules and regulations, as well as in accordance with SANS 10142 amendment 8, read in conjunction with ISO 9001:2000 as revised in 2008.
Works orders will be actioned by an order number provided by the authorized responsible person as appointed by the client.
After completion of the project, the responsible PEC technician will sign-off the job card, thereby certifying that the required quality standards are met.
The PEC supervisory technician will, on a regular basis, conduct site inspections for quality control in order to assure that quality standards are met.
