Kingswood residents and golf patrons will be welcomed into state-of-the-art facilities featuring a brand-new restaurant, a fully equipped golf pro shop, new golf carts, a golfers’ area complete with a bar and lounge, a halfway house, locker rooms, a stunning outdoor patio, and a fun children’s play area — all designed to create a space that blends leisure, community, and luxury living.
This exciting new development is more than just bricks and mortar; it reflects Kingswood’s vision to be the preferred, secure, family-friendly residential golf estate on the Garden Route. Located in George, between the Indian Ocean and the striking Outeniqua Mountains, Kingswood offers a rare combination of urban elegance and natural splendour.

The new Kingswood Golf Club, which will be managed and operated by Kingswood HOA Properties (Pty) Ltd (a wholly HOA-owned entity), will officially launch in conjunction with the opening of the new facility. It is our objective to ensure that the new club and facilities will afford golfers a greatly enhanced and exceptional golfing experience. With the current operator’s contract ending on 31 August 2025, all presold rounds or membership packages purchased from KGO must be used by then, as they won’t roll over.
