Set in lush, subtropical vegetation, the architecture is modern, featuring hanging and cantilevered decks, terraces, and light timber screen elements, to create the effect of a building structure that floats on the hillside. It is a modern interpretation of the organic principals demonstrated by Frank Lloyd Wright at the Falling Waters Residence (1973).
