Dear homeowners and residents

As we move further into 2026, it is with a sense of optimism and continued momentum that I reflect on the progress within Kingswood Golf Estate over the past few months. Building on the strong foundation established in 2025, this year has already seen encouraging strides in both community life and operational advancement. One of the most pleasing developments has been the continued success and utilisation of our community centre and clubhouse facility. What was once a long-anticipated vision has now firmly established itself as the heart of our estate, a vibrant, well-functioning space where residents, members, and visitors come together.

From social gatherings and events to the seamless integration of golf operations and hospitality, the facility is fulfilling its purpose in every respect. It is particularly rewarding to see increasing levels of engagement and enjoyment, reinforcing its role as a central pillar of the Kingswood lifestyle.

A number of important maintenance and upgrade projects are currently underway across the estate. These initiatives, while at times less visible, are essential in ensuring that Kingswood remains not only aesthetically pleasing but also operationally efficient, safe, and aligned with the expectations of a mature and high-quality residential environment. Ongoing attention to infrastructure, landscaping, and facility improvements reflects our commitment to preserving and enhancing both the value of our estate and the quality of daily living experienced by all residents.

In addition, various improvement projects are currently being driven on the golf course as part of our strategic vision to position Kingswood among the top 50 golf courses in South Africa. While some of these initiatives may result in temporary inconvenience to members, your patience and understanding are sincerely appreciated. We are confident that the outcome of these enhancements will add significant value, while improving both the playability and aesthetic appeal of our already beautiful course.

Our approach remains deliberate and forward-looking, focusing not only on addressing current needs, but also on planning responsibly for the future. As always, progress is achieved through consistent effort, thoughtful decision-making, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Equally encouraging is the continued strengthening of our sense of community. The growing participation in events, increased interaction among residents, and the positive spirit evident across the estate all contribute to making Kingswood more than just a place to live, but a place to belong.

Talking about positive spirit, I may be letting the cat out of the bag somewhat, but it gives me great pleasure to share that our restaurant operator, La Famiglia, will be introducing a home delivery service within the next couple of weeks, together with the release of the relevant menu and ordering details. Homeowners and residents will soon be able to enjoy the convenience of ordering delicious meals from the comfort of their homes, with delivery directly to their doorstep.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to our homeowners and residents for your ongoing support, engagement, and constructive input. Your involvement plays a vital role in shaping the character and direction of our community.

My thanks also go to our dedicated staff and the board of trustees for their continued commitment, professionalism, and stewardship. It is through this collective effort that Kingswood continues to evolve in a manner we can all be proud of.

As we look ahead to the coming months, we do so with confidence and enthusiasm for what lies ahead.
