Cornerstone Projects has worked hand-in-hand with the highly acclaimed Eye of Africa Signature Golf & Residential Estate having built some of the most prestigious homes on the estate.
We have completed over 148 homes on the Estate and offer a selection of building packages for new clients. With four magnificent homes available for immediate occupation. Having completed the planning, design, building and sales of the prestigious Waterstone College, Cornerstone Projects committed to the vision of the Eye of Africa Estate in 2009. Our first house, 1368 Lovegrass Lane, was one of the first of seven homes on the estate. During 2010 and 2011 Cornerstone bought five stands and started to build show homes.
During 2013 and 2014 while manning the sales office at the Eye of Africa we invested in the land that is currently being developed for The Grace.
