Three farms on the slopes of Wellington’s Groenberg are on the auctioneer’s block in June, offering new owners the chance at a sophisticated Cape Winelands lifestyle.
The Talana Hill, Dunedin, and Eventide farms – all zoned for agricultural use – are being sold individually or as a package by Broll Auctions and Sales for investors or agricultural specialists seeking a countryside lifestyle within an hour’s drive of Cape Town.
Talana Hill, with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Table Mountain in the distance, produces grapes which have been used in the making of award-winning wines.
