    Do the studios have a view of the ocean? If I buy now with the intention to only move in in about 10 years, what rental can I expect to get? Who will manage the property rental for me in the interim? What is the name of the adjacent medical facility? I want to ensure that my medical aid (Profmed) will cover me for services there.

    Looks very nice, but price per units are very expensive and very small. The levies are also very high. As we have our own medical aid.. sadly just for people with bucks.
