Openserve has redefined the broadband experience for customers with the introduction of their Connect App.

As South Africa’s leading network infrastructure provider Openserve understands the importance of a connected home and business – not only being connected but staying connected and being in control of that connectivity and of their Internet experience and service.

Openserve has advanced it digital capabilities in order to create the best customer experience. Through the Connect App, customers are able to take control of their fibre experience, upgrade their fibre packages, directly engage with Openserve and stay connected.

The Connect App is a self-service app that enables customers to manage their broadband network connection and internet service at a push of a button. It puts self-service capabilities in the hands of the customer, allowing potential and existing customers to engage with Openserve directly in order to get their homes connected to the Openserve Broadband network and manage their service.

The Connect App offers the following features:

  • Proactively receive a fault reference number for bulk network outages
  • Conduct a WiFi internet speed test
  • Directly send notifications to Openserve connect team to connect your home
  • Link additional service numbers
  • Test network line speed test with a faster response rate
  • Check coverage maps to identify areas that have fibre.
  • Explore Openserve’s broadband network
  • Find ISP contact information
  • View and access the best ISP fibre deals

Available from your app store, it is easy to download, register and navigate.
