Cypriot Realty is a Plan B and relocation marketing company in operation since 2008 with offices in Sandton, Cape Town and Cyprus.

We offer a true 360-degree personalised service; and we have an impressive track record of the number of families we have assisted over the last thirteen years. We showcase the many property opportunities available in Cyprus, exposure our clients to the benefits of a superlative lifestyle, a thriving & stable economy and living / investing in one of the safest countries in the world.

In addition to having an extensive network in Cyprus, where we really come in to assist our clients is in finding their perfect Plan B location: from apartments, townhouses units, front-line seafront villas, villas in estates and free-standing homes.

We are recognised and respected as Southern Africa’s authoritative investment specialists successfully promoting Cyprus to acquire permanent residency, for property investment, immigration, retirement / relocation and starting an EU-based business.

We internationalise our client’s wealth and understand investors needs.

Investing in Cyprus – Creating a legacy

We have been providing professional expertise to individuals and their families for over 13 years; and have successfully assisted a multitude of families to secure a tangible Plan B including securing permanent residency.

Join us on an Inspection Trip to Cyprus

The best way to make a decision about buying a property abroad is by taking the time to view it for yourself.

Cypriot Realty arranges customised inspection tours – at your diary convenience – to investigate the property opportunities in Cyprus, helping you realise Your “Plan B” in Europe! On the trip you can see what’s on offer, what properties will best suite your budget and which options will serve your needs in the short, medium and long term.

The tours are completely personalised and you will have your own agent host you during your trip in order to make your time both an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We are by your side to assist you through the property-buying process; and will offer sound advice to ensure you make the right decision.

“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now.” – Chinese proverb

With the world in a state of chaos, Coronavirus and global travel restrictions a reality and a very volatile South African Rand, there is nothing more expensive that a missed investment opportunity.

The timing is perfect to take a breath, do some reflection and start working on putting a strategy in place for you and your family’s future.

Welcome to your Plan B in Europe; and welcome to Cyprus!

Join us as we explore the residency programmes on offer, the legal aspects of investing offshore and the financial benefits of having an overseas property that earns you a Euro-based income.

EU Residency

CYPRUS currently has the quickest, most affordable & most attractive residency scheme in the EU – it’s their FAST TRACK Permanent Residency Programme!

Residency Programme Application Process

On Cyprus’ FAST TRACK residency programme, 3 GENERATIONS in the same family qualify for immediate LIFE LONG residency permits in 2 Months of making application, by buying a single property. No other country in Europe offers this!

If you don’t have the budget to follow the FAST TRACK programme, there is another solution – apply for residency on the CATEGORY F residency programme.

Permanent Residency

Acquiring residency in another country has become a sought-after status, as you have the legal right to reside indefinitely in that country; plus you can enjoy equal treatment with their nationals with regards to certain social elements. So you at any time, you and your family can pack up and go and live in that country, without having to go through an administrative nightmare to get there. You CAN realise your Plan B very easily!

The annual property costs are the costs involved in owning your property: rates, taxes, non-resident tax, personal tax etc. It is worth factoring these into the final purchase price of your property as these costs are ongoing for as long as you own the property.

In Cyprus you can secure finance (via an in-house finance option); all the other countries need to be cash-deals.

Property Portfolio

There are many options for you to consider: villas, townhouse developments, apartments, villa estates, cottages etc. and locations from 15m from the sea, on the hillside, in the town and in the suburbs – but of course everything depends on your budget.

We have a network with many NEW properties and an extensive resale list: we can facilitate every budget.

Currently we live in Pretoria South Africa but my family is interested in relocating to Cyprus (Limassol District) within the next 4 years. My wife is a Cypriot National & I hold a UK passport. Obviously paying cash for a property is restrictive, so i am interested to enquire about your finance options.
